Need Experienced Land/Landscape Photographer

• We're looking for an experienced photographer, preferably with experience with landscape and nature photography to photography of a vacant land property.

The job would require that you locate rural unmarked land properties using maps that we will provide. Being able to find a vacant property with Google maps and plat maps and/or satellite maps would be required. (There is no street address assigned yet)

• You would also need to be able to hike the properties to photograph and show different vantage points.

Please see the GPS and Google Map link included below for the exact locations and make sure the compensation works for you. Please provide some samples of your work and let us know when you'd be available to photograph the property.

• This is a one-time project; however, we are looking for a regional photographer for ongoing work.

Payment will be through PayPal (or by check if need be). We would like to receive the photos by Dropbox or Google Drive.

• We would be requiring the following files;

1. At least 15-25 ground photos (ALL in Landscape Format);

2. NO Editing is required

3. The size for all photos and video MUST be in 16:9 aspect ratios.

4. Digital files for online real estate listing. (Format must be in: JPG, JPEG, TIF, PNG, or GIF format.)

5. Would like to emphasize that photos of the road that fronts the property and any evidence of any utilities at the lot lines is very important to be included in the shots.

• PS: If you have access to a drone and could provide aerial video footage or ground video footage, we'd be able to offer you a bonus in addition to the listed compensation.
