On-Camera Host & Social Media Creator Needed

Are you personable, pro Black economic empowerment, comfortable on camera, and plugged into social media? This might be the most meaningful gig you ever land.

The Institute for Black Wealth Empowerment (IBWE) is looking for an on-camera host and social media creator to be the face of our movement. We are building our platforms from scratch and we need someone who knows how to grow an audience and believes in what we're building.

The racial wealth gap did not happen by accident and closing it will not happen without action. Bitcoin is our path. Your voice is the vehicle.

What You'Ll Do

• Create short and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X
• Grow our social media following from zero — this is a builder's role
• Educate the Black community about Bitcoin and economic empowerment
• Integrate our sponsor (BitBridge) naturally into your content
• Be the recognizable face and voice of IBWE online

Who We'Re Looking For

• Personable and natural on camera — charisma matters more than credentials
• Social media native — you already know how these platforms work
• Knows Bitcoin OR is open to learning fast
• Can set up a basic shot (camera, ring light, mic) and look good doing it
• Self-motivated, consistent, and believes in Black economic empowerment

Compensation

• Flexible structure — hourly, per video, or monthly retainer
• Performance bonuses tied to follower growth, engagement, and conversions
• The bigger you grow the platform, the more you earn
