Videographer for My Handyman Business

Job Description

• I’m a handyman in the Hallendale beach area looking for a reliable videographer or social media content creator to film my jobs so I can build and monetize content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You’ll join me on-site during handyman jobs (repairs, installations, renovations, before-and-after transformations, etc.) to capture engaging, short-form video footage. The goal is to create scroll-stopping content that shows real work, problem-solving, and satisfying results.

What You’ll Do

• Film vertical videos (9:16) using your phone or camera
• Capture before/after shots, process footage, time-lapses, and natural “day in the life” moments
• Add basic editing, text overlays, captions, and trending audio (or provide raw footage for me to edit)
• Help brainstorm content ideas that perform well

Requirements

• Experience filming short-form social media content (TikTok/Reels preferred)
• Reliable transportation and comfortable working on active job sites
• Creative eye for engaging trades/DIY content
• Professional, easy to work with, and punctual
• Own equipment (phone with good camera is fine to start)

Location: Hollywood/Hallendale and surrounding areas. Must be local or willing to travel to the area.

Schedule: Part-time / as-needed basis (usually mornings or early afternoons). We can start with 1–2 test shoots.

Compensation

• possible revenue share / bonus once the account grows.
• I’m open to discussing fair rates based on your experience and whether you handle editing.
