• I am looking for a person with a proven record of success with marketing online through all the venues of social media. the person I'm looking to hire must know how to contact influencers podcasters and put together an extraordinary appealing and successful, coherent and outstanding presentation of our brand. Must be able to push our brand to high recognition resulting in high sales. this is a remote position. We need a creative thinker who can execute independently and bring fast results this will start as a contracted position with the possibility of continuous hire for maintaining all social media marketing

• We are looking for a creative UI Designer to join our team in Bloomington to help design new features for a mobile photo/video app we have been developing for over 5 years. While we have a solid foundation and existing UI, we are constantly adding new functionality. We need someone who can jump into brainstorming sessions, help visualize new concepts, and turn those ideas into functional mockups. What The Work Looks Like • Brainstorm: Sit down with the founder to discuss goals and requirements for new features. • Design: Create user flows and screen mockups (we use Moqups) to visualize how the new features will work. • Refine: Help provide direction to polish our existing UI while integrating the new functionality. You Are A Good Fit If • You are local to Bloomington, MN (collaboration happens in-person). • You enjoy the "puzzle" of UX -- figuring out how a user gets from A to B. • You are comfortable speaking up and offering creative input during the design process. • Bonus: You know a little coding (HTML/CSS/etc) or understand how software is built.
