Creative Graphic Designer – Local

• Bright Media Labs – Now Hiring Graphic Designer (In-Person Only)
• $25 - $35/hr DOE
• Bright Media Labs, a growing digital marketing company, is looking for a skilled, creative, dependable, and efficient Graphic Designer to join our team.

This is an in-person position only. We are not hiring agencies or remote workers.

Location Requirement

• Candidates must be located near Bainbridge Island and have reliable transportation.

• Strong design skills with a creative eye and attention to detail
• Efficient, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Required Software Experience

Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including but not limited to

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva
• Figma or similar design platforms
• Basic knowledge of web and social media design formats

Role Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns
• Assist with branding, promotional materials, and outreach efforts
• Collaborate on a special LGBTQ-focused business initiative, including design, promotion, and community engagement
• Support ongoing marketing and creative projects
