Seasonal Event Photographers Needed: College Commencements

The Grad Team is seeking experienced photographers for local, seasonal event work photographing college commencement ceremonies. This is fast-paced, high-volume event photography where timing, professionalism, and attention to detail are critical. You’ll be capturing once-in-a-lifetime moments for graduates and their families.

Ideal candidates will have experience with

• Fast-paced event photography
• Working calmly and professionally in high-pressure environments
• Collaborating smoothly with a team at dignified, formal events

Minimum equipment required

• 1 DSLR camera
• 1 medium zoom lens
• 1 on-camera flash
• Flash bracket

Preferred additional equipment

• Backup camera and lens (backups are your friend!)
• Long zoom lens (80–200mm)
• Laptop

Compensation & Perks

• Pay based on experience and equipment
• Average rate: $30–$40 per hour
• Mileage paid to and from the job
• $15 per hour for travel time

• Room for growth and additional compensation if you can provide
