Videographer Needed

• Assignment: Film 2 Dance Recitals in their entirety

Recital Dates

• May 8th, 2026 @ 1:00pm
• May 8th, 2026 @ 5:00pm
• Each reciatl is approximately 2 hours
• Location: Auditorium in Gainesville GA, 30501
• Looking for videographers with experience filming in a LIVE Stage environment (preferable dance)

You must have your own equipment as follows

Video Equipment

• 2 camcorder style cameras

Sound Equipment

• Minimum of 2 shotgun microphones or wireless mic system, Sound recorder for backup sound recording.

Misc Equipment

• 2 Sturdy tripods

DELIVERY OF FOOTAGE: We will supply the Videographer with a hard drive to put their footage on. The videographer must ship their footage in to our producion facility via USPS or UPS / FEDEX

YOU MUST BE A RELIABLE PROFESSIONAL!!!! THIS ONLY HAPPENS ONE TIME!!!

• NO POST PRODUCTON IS REQUIRED.
