Social Media Intern

About Us Transfer Superstars is a direct-to-film custom heat transfer printing shop based in South El Monte. We've built a strong presence on TikTok (210K+), YouTube (57K+), and Instagram (34K+) by showing off the creative, behind-the-scenes side of printing. We're looking for a recent grad to help us keep that content engine running.

The Role You'll help create, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You'll be on camera some of the time (product demos, shop walkthroughs, trending formats), behind the camera other times, and editing the footage to post-ready quality. This is real hands-on experience building a brand that already has traction.

What You'll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Appear on camera as a presenter for product demos, shop tours, and trending content
• Track trending sounds, formats, and memes and adapt them to our brand voice
• Help manage posting cadence and engage with comments
• Assist with product photography and email content

What We're Looking For

• Recent college grad (or graduating this year)
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable on camera
• Polished, professional appearance appropriate for on-camera brand content
• Working knowledge of TikTok and Instagram (Reels, trending audio, posting best practices)
• Video editing experience in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
• Reliable, punctual, eager to learn
• Based in or able to commute to South El Monte

Compensation & Details

• $20/hour
• 35 Hours per week
• In person at our South El Monte shop
